| At Worlds End Studios we do all we can to respect your right to privacy and the protection of your personal information. As an extension of Worlds End Studios, the Portal is no different. In order to set up your portal account, some basic information is required. This notice outlines a summary of what information is collected and available to view on the portal and what can be viewed by members of this online community.
If you are joining the portal you will already be a Worlds End Studios client and we would have already collected your name, telephone number, email address and if you are a signatory for your company, a copy of your identity documents.
Most of your information will have been provided to us by you (or your boss), or created through the use of our products and services. We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure with us. We use many tools to make sure that your information remains confidential and accurate.
You are able to manage your portal account by going to 'My Profile'. The only information required to be displayed is your first and last name, job title and business / industry. You have full control over the visibility of your portal account and your personal information will never be displayed without your permission, so to get the most out of the portal and interact with others in our community, we recommend that you make your 'Profile Active' by going to :'My Profile' >'Privacy Settings' and checking the 'Profile Active' check box, which will allow for other users to search, view and interact with your profile.
Setting up your portal account and accepting the privacy policy but you can opt out of the privacy agreement by going to 'My Profile' > 'Privacy Settings' and selecting 'Opt Out of the Privacy Agreement, but please note that opting out means will not be able to provide you with the services you have requested, you will be logged out and will be unable to access the platform. This will not delete your account. If you would like to delete your account please contact your local administrator.
If you are an admin user, you will have the ability to invite or add other users within your company to join the portal. Here you will be required to fill out the users first and last name, company and email address. Please note that when doing so there is a checkbox which states that you have been given permission to use the invitee's information in this way and that they have given permission to be contacted about logging into the portal. By checking this box and as the admin user, you are responsible for protecting your invitee's information in this way.
